members at a minimum of £7 an hour for one simple reason...you are important to

Our roles:

Party
Assistant – you’ll help the Party Host get ready and host the party, as you
get more experienced the party host will train you to host the parties
yourself. A Party Assistant will have to have done at least 10 parties
before they can become eligible for the Party Host training.

Party
Host – you’ll be in charge of the Party, responsible for ensuring you have
all you need and are prepared with the correct theme. The party rests on
your shoulders; it’s a big task so we make sure you’re totally confident
before becoming a Party Host. Whilst being a Party Host you are also
eligible to be helper on our corporate events.

The
next step is a Team Leader for our corporate events, to progress to Team
Leader you will have had to be a helper for at least 10 corporate events.
This is vital as our corporate events are very different to private parties
and you will need new skills to handle the pressure of a corporate event.

Once
you have headed at least 30 corporate events as a Team Leader you will then
be eligible to apply for a managerial role as they appear.
-
We
support our staff members by providing an ongoing training program.
