Corporate Sales Manager
Our corporate sales manager is enthusiastic, determined
and a force to be reckoned with! They are looking
for an exciting opportunity that could lead to great
things. They are able to sell ice to Eskimos
(excuse the cliché!), sweet talk information out of
anyone. They are approachable, extremely
professional and confident. However, they know
their weaknesses and are able to ask for help.
They are team players and will do anything to help a
colleague, but also very able to set their own deadlines
and achieve them with fantastic results. They have
both sales and marketing experience and have no fear of
making a fool of themselves. They can devise new
and exciting ways to get our corporate clients
attention, but they won’t be pushy or brash, but subtle
and likeable. Always a perfectionist, never
satisfied with ok, our corporate sales manager always
delivers what they promise. If not more.
They are motivated by potential earnings but also by
offering excellent customer service and going that extra
mile (again with the clichés!) There will be trips
to visit clients nationwide and Trade Shows will be part
of the routine.
Halos and Heroes are expanding rapidly and this is a
unique opportunity. It is a part time role, with
the opportunity to make it your own and turn it in to a
full time role and create a team around you.
Wedding Sales Manager
Our wedding sales manager is excellent at building
relationships and nurturing them. They are
friendly and generous, a people person. They are
the type of person that brightens up the room and is
talented at the art of persuasion. They will spend
most of their time talking to people about Halos and
Heroes Wedding Services, from florists to bridal shops,
they travel spreading the word. Always confident,
professional and presentable they represent Halos and
Heroes with pride. They are able to set their own
deadlines and have wonderful achievements. Their
background is customer based, preferably with some sales
and marketing and they have a passion for all things
wedding. They go to great lengths to build
relationships, for them a no is just a not now, they
know that with hard work and patience good things always
come. They never let customers know if they are
having a bad day, in fact everyone wonders how someone
can be so positive with such a great outlook on life.
They are motivated by success and knowing they’ve done a
job well.

Event Manager (Hosting)
Our event managers (we are looking for 2) work
weekends, Friday to Monday and love having free time
during the week. They are child focused with a
keen eye for detail, and never allow a child to sit on
the sidelines feeling sad, they always include everyone.
They are friendly, presentable and honest.
Children adore being in their presence, you’ll often
find children hanging on every word they say. They
are able to control large groups of children and make
each and every child feel part of the experience.
They adore paints, glitter and all type of crafts, but
they DO NOT complete the children’s projects for them,
they allow the children to use their own creative
expression and encourage the children in their creation,
no matter what. They are ready and eager to help
anyone, a child, a parent or a colleague. They are
not scared of hard work and enjoy diversity and
travelling all over the country. They have a full
clean driving license. Our clients like them as
much as the children and they always look forward to the
Halos and Heroes team arriving. They are professional
and the client feels relaxed in the knowledge that if
they are on the event, that nothing will go wrong.
They keep a cool head under pressure and manage to get
problems solved quickly, easily and without drama.
They enjoy responsibility and thrive on making the right
decision, they can lead a team and their colleagues
respect and admire them. Ok is not in their
vocabulary and they make sure each and every event is
perfect no matter how large or small.
These roles are part time. The work can be tiring
and lifting will be involved. Whilst some events
will be mid week, most will be over weekends.
